BOOKING GUIDELINES

All reservations must be processed exclusively through Peerspace.

If you need to reschedule, please submit your request through the Peerspace platform. All rescheduling requests are subject to a $50 USD fee, regardless of when the request is made, and will be reviewed based on availability.

Cancellations are final, and refunds are not available, per Peerspace’s cancellation policy.

USAGE RULES

Your rental period must account for all setup and cleanup time. This includes the arrival and departure of guests, vendors, and any deliveries. Access to the space is limited to the timeframe you’ve booked.

Alcohol resale is strictly prohibited on the property. Permitted beverages are limited to canned drinks, beer, wine, and champagne for events.

The Seer’s Cottage is a smoke-free venue. Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and other similar products—is not permitted.

All equipment and electronics brought into the space must meet local and federal safety standards. The renter assumes full responsibility for their use.

Decor such as glitter, confetti, party poppers, silly string, and similar items are not allowed. A $300 USD cleaning fee will be charged for violating this rule.

Nothing may be attached to or mounted on the walls under any circumstances.

Special effects—including but not limited to fog machines, smoke bombs, dry ice, sparklers, and any other flammable or chemical-based materials—are strictly prohibited.

By securing your booking with The Seer’s Cottage through Peerspace, you agree to comply with these terms. Non-adherence may result in additional charges or immediate termination of your rental agreement.
